1. Processing Time

   • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

   • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

   • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout as per standard courier practices.

3. Order Tracking

   • A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Restrictions

   • Deliveries are available within the contiguous United States.

   • Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
